ORAL TRADITION

The origin of literature was undoubtedly oral. History, laws, religion, stories... existed long before writing and have been passed down throughout the centuries. Stories that taught, entertained and formed an essential part of the identity and culture of the peoples. 

In class we talked about the importance of this type of literature, where voice and body are tightly interwoven with words. Therefore, what else could we do but try ourselves?.
